Like other artists, I create in other mediums too. I just love creating, including writing. I write instinctively as a response to emotion and location. I use creativity and writing as a form of therapy, both for myself and with others. Though I am not a trained art therapist or a councellor, I use art in a therapeutic way. As I have benefitted from it, so I aim to share my creative practise with others. I'm developing some new creative sessions for individuals and groups.
